PositionResponsibilities:

  • Collaboratewithour Group Benefitsproductand operationsteamsto createa variety of customercontentand marketing communicationto enhancecustomerexperiences

  • Provide content expertise for UX solutions across a variety of digital channels including web and mobile

  • Collaborate withGroup BenefitsOperationsandProductteamsas well asHCD/UXSEOandotherDigitalMarketingteamsto ensure messaging isoptimizedand leveraging UX best practices.

  • Writeeditanddeliverhigh-qualityomni-channelmarketing collateralasrequired.

  • Manageand develop multiplecontentand customercommunication initiativeswhile working with cross functional teams.

  • Oversee andmaintainthe prioritization of customer experience initiatives that marketing willfocuson.

  • Championourmember experienceby ensuring all communicationsareclear empathetic and aligned with our brand voice.

  • Collaborate closely with our creative agency toideate conceptualize and craft innovative and impactful creative concepts and designsas appropriate.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to measure campaignperformance using data and insights tooptimizecontent and campaigns.

RequiredQualifications:

  • University or college study in marketing communicationscontentmedia or related field.

  • 5-7years of experience incontentcommunicationsand/ormarketing.

  • Strong communicationand interpersonalskills including ability to translate complex technical issues intoeasy-to-understandinformation.

  • Experiencein writingand deploying communicationsworking with cross-functional teams such asdata/digital/other stakeholderteams()through the deployment process.

  • Ability to work with cross-functional digital marketing teams to ensure communications are developed with SEO and UX best practices in mind.

  • Experience using AI tools to support content development ideation editingand/or workflow automation.

  • Experience withMarTechtools(e.g. Salesforce Marketing CloudAdobeCustomer Data PlatformAdobe AnalyticsVoicedashboardsPowerBI).

  • Proficiencywith Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint Word Excel Teams) and project management tools ().

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Group Benefits healthor insurance is an asset.

  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and how to write for both users and search engines is an asset.

  • Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset. If the successful candidate is in Québecproficiencyin both languages will berequiredto support clients from various provinces outside of Quebec.

Salary range is expected to be between

$73725.00 CAD - $122875.00 CAD

Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge skills qualifications experience and education/training.
