About the Role
The Ministry of Primary and Preventative Health Services (PPHS) is seeking an experienced Senior Business Consultant to support a portfolio of complex and interdependent eHealth initiatives.
This role is ideal for a professional with strong experience in governance cross-project coordination planning and stakeholder engagement ensuring alignment across multiple workstreams including infrastructure applications identity management and data integration.
You will collaborate with project teams business stakeholders and leadership to drive successful delivery and enable informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and align multiple eHealth initiatives with Ministry priorities and governance frameworks
- Lead and facilitate workshops planning sessions and stakeholder meetings
- Prepare and deliver reports presentations and strategic recommendations to executives and steering committees
- Support risk and issue management across multiple projects
- Develop and execute change management and communication plans
- Lead development of business cases including financial modeling cost-benefit analysis and risk assessments
- Ensure high-quality documentation consistency and completeness across initiatives
- Track dependencies and ensure alignment across multiple projects and business cases
- Support governance processes and maintain portfolio-level visibility
