Project background:
Provided below is the Communications and Engagement scope associated with this SAP S4 program implementation. The role is part of a larger OCM and Comms Team engaged to support the client in their S4 implementation.
o Develop and manage a communication and engagement strategy and plan aligned with the clients communications lead and business teams.
o Deliver strategic multi-channel messaging tailored to stakeholder personas supporting project vision and brand.
o Maintain communication calendars feedback loops execution protocols and messaging frameworks for leadership frontline union and other employee groups.
o Execute communication activities including cut-over communications.
o Support management with content creation and design for enterprise and program communications intranet and SharePoint.
o Build and support a change network by identifying champions with help of business leads.
o Facilitate change network sessions monthly initially increasing frequency to bi-weekly and weekly around Go-Live.
o Prepare materials and toolkits to empower change champions by line of business.

To summarize scope and expectations of the Program Communications Lead role the key focus is to :
o Create and manage the visible face of the project for the company
o Develop and drive the overall program messaging
o Alignment and Coordination with Corporate Comms and Enterprise Transformation Office (ETO)
o Manage theday plan and ensure appropriate reporting at Executive/Sponsorship ETO and Enterprise levels
o Manage and execute on communication artifacts and large visible events at the level as currently managed by our Corporate Communications Team.
o Executive / Leadership messaging delivery support and management of Exec/Leadership comms profile for project
Qualifications:
Background in Communications either with formal education in Communications (E.g. Bachelor of Communications) or professional experience in a Corporate Communications role.
Ideally 5 to 7 years experience in a Communications Lead role.
Ideally also has SAP/S4 knowledge/experience and Power & Utilities Experience.
Must be able to develop Communication Strategies and Plans as well as actively write communications for distribution.
