Job Responsibilities
-Support employee onboarding and offboarding.
-Coordinate with teams for HR-related queries.
-Prepare & manage payroll & payroll related queries.
-Support team with employee relations issues.
-Support HR processes policies and procedures.
-Coordinate HR projects and employee engagement initiatives.
-Liaise with HR services vendors for timely resolution of HR-related matters and ensure seamless delivery of services.
Job Requirements:
- BBA/BPA/MBA/MPA in HR or relevant field
- 2-3 years of HR experience
- Strong understanding of payroll management
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices
- Communication and stakeholder management skills
