VACANCY - FACILITIES COORDINATOR(MALE APPLICANTS ONLY)
Job Title: Facilities Coordinator
Reports to: Senior Procurement Specialist
Location: Nairobi Kenya (with oversight for Uganda & Mombasa)
Purpose of The Job
To take charge of office operations ensuring that our facilities across Kenya run safely efficiently and in full compliance with statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure exceptional facilities and office equipment management services
- Oversee the timely renewal and conduct of licenses permits and audits for facilities
- Manage service providers including the reconciliation of their payments.
- Manage the reception area and oversee mail and courier services.
- Plan space management according to business needs and maintain accurate records.
- Manage fleet operations including monitoring of fuel cards & insurance.
- Coordinate travel logistics
- Manage digital archiving for efficient document storage and retrieval.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- At least Diploma in Procurement or Business Administration Facilities Management or a related field.
- Proven experience in facilities coordination administration or a similar role
- Strong understanding of statutory compliance health & safety standards and vendor management.
- Proficiency in SAP systems is a must.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple locations.
- Knowledge in usage of SAP(ERP) will be an added advantage.
