Job Summary

Must have strong documentation skills organization skills and the ability to interact with team members cross-functionally
Demonstrates a customer orientation; establishes and maintains strong relationships with business owners and develops a diverse network of relationships with various stakeholders.
Creates deliverables independently and manages approvals. Provides coaching technical and functional guidance on specific project deliverables
Leads in communicating requirements to development testing education and training teams.
Supports the implementation of projects and release work including pilot training and initial field communication
Identifies impact to other solutions or projects and works with other Product Analysts and stakeholders to identify options and recommendations.
Provides operational support for applications supporting the business and other IT areas by providing status and recommending solutions where there are system issues and coordinating resolution of issues with CSS and development
Supports annual audit reviews (e.g. internal & external audit for application and change control Sarbanes Oxley etc.)
Coordinates and assists in prioritizing new enhancement requests through user story reviews
Understands the business implications of technology decisions
Nice to have: experience with software to manage requirements (i.e. Team Foundation Server Caliber Microsoft Office)
