Position: Analyst Inventory Management
Location: Bangalore
Duration: 48 Months

Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Receive & open exam of incoming goods (IT Products) make sure all ordered material are matching as per the import records & no material damage
- Organize materials in the most efficient way using pallet jack Cart/table trolley etc.
- Adhering to EHS & ESD standards
- Physical pickup of materials upon engineer requirements and fill the order by using internal tool
- Physical segregation of scrap approved items from the warehouse and boxing them as per the instructions
- Labelling of materials as per the item wise
- Physical movement of materials internally within building/lab to lab or floor to floor by using trolleys
- Receive back materials from eng teams once the test of effort is completed and locate them with in warehouse upon instructions from team
- Periodic assignments like Re-arrangement re-locations Re-Labeling & segregation of materials to be done for smooth & flawless transactions.
- Adhere to the clients Internal Process & Policies/guidelines while processing material & storing.
- Effective maintenance of Warehouse infrastructure & space utilization.
- To maintain the high degree of Inventory accuracy.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS-Excel
- Basic Knowledge on IT engg. Products (Servers Switches peripherals & accessories).
- Good Knowledge of warehouse materials handling
Qualification:
- Diploma Or ITI
Experience:
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in Warehouse management in IT company.
Mandatory Skills:
- The skills must have knowledge of electronic parts from warehouse and identifying and tracking perspective.
Experience:
- Total Exp: 2-3Years
- Rel Exp: 2 years
