We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager to drive both inbound and outbound sales for our EdTech solutions.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in lead conversion inside sales outbound prospecting and revenue generation preferably in the education or SaaS domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and convert inbound leads (website campaigns referrals)
- Drive outbound sales through cold calling email outreach and prospecting
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Conduct product demos and presentations to prospects
- Build strong relationships with students institutions and clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain sales pipeline and CRM updates
- Collaborate with marketing for lead generation campaigns
- Negotiate pricing and close deals
- Track sales performance and reporting
