We are in search of an HR professional who will support the implementation of our strategies for building the best place to work.

Job Summary

The Senior People Operations Analyst will support the People and Culture team in shaping a meaningful employee experience from hiring to exit with a simple mission: help our people be their best give their best and have the best experience while at it.

This role combines hands-on execution with strategic input requiring someone who can lead projects make sound independent decisions and contribute to building scalable people systems.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end people operations across the employee lifecycle including hiring onboarding performance management learning and development employee engagement and exit processes.
  • Support performance management cycles employee development and team effectiveness initiatives.
  • Support and continuously improve payroll benefits administration and HR operations to ensure accuracy compliance and a seamless employee experience.
  • Lead and contribute to people projects and initiatives improving processes policies and systems to support a growing and high-performing organisation.
  • Use data reporting and insights to track impact support decision-making and identify opportunities to improve engagement retention and overall people outcomes.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders manage expectations effectively and support employee relations matters with sound judgment and discretion.
  • Help strengthen a positive inclusive and productive work environment aligned with the companys people philosophy and business goals.

Location

Lagos (hybrid)

An ideal candidate will bring:

  • 3 - 5 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations especially payroll management.
  • Performance management experience.
  • Experience driving employee engagement initiatives.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving and reporting skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects manage priorities and work independently.
  • Membership of at least one of CIPM HRCI SHRM or any relevant institute/association.
  • Tech/fintech experience will be an added advantage.

Reporting Line

The job holder will report to the People Operations Lead.

Compensation

The starting compensation for this role is NGN850000 - NGNmonthly net.
