The Opportunity
As a Field Expert Masterclass Facilitator youll lead hands-on group sessions introducing students to your field. Youll cover key topics career pathways and a practical field challenge giving students a real taste of what professionals in your area actually do.
Who Were Looking For
A working professional with a degree from a Top 30 U.S. university (strongly preferred)
At least 3 years of active hands-on experience in your field were looking for practitioners who are genuinely immersed in their work not just familiar with it. Candidates who have recently transitioned out of the field may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Deep expertise in one or more of our program fields: Life Sciences & Biotech Environmental & Earth Sciences Engineering & Innovation Computer Science & AI Business & Entrepreneurship Law & Government Psychology & Social Sciences Creative Arts & Design Media & Communication or Literature & Writing
Experience managing projects or guiding others through a structured process
Genuine enthusiasm for working with young people and supporting their development
Time Commitment
Each masterclass runs 1.5 hours and is delivered twice to accommodate different time zones.
Facilitators commit to approximately 3 masterclass topics per year meaning roughly 6 live sessions annually.
Scheduling is coordinated in advance and fully remote.
Compensation
