We are currently looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator / Deal Processing Coordinator to join our team.
What Youll Do
- Track and manage customer appointments and schedules
- Handle inbound phone calls to schedule appointments and provide customer service for the Service Department
- Make outbound phone calls to facilitate appointments for Recalls Service Retention and Appointment Requests in the Service Department
- Work with sales service and accounting to ensure accurate paperwork
- Maintain organized records and files
- Provide administrative support to management and dealership staff
- Perform other administrative duties as needed
What Were Looking For
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Administrative or dealership experience preferred but not required
- Basic Microsoft Office and computer skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Someone who is reliable and wants to be part of a team
Schedule
- Full-time
- MondayFriday with some Saturday rotation
- Closed Sundays
