Job Summary
Location: hybrid Lisbon Portugal
Role: Dutch Customer Advisor – Fintech
Salary: 1059 euro gross per month (this does include the holiday bonus meal allowance) plus free accomodation
Working Hrs: 40 Hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour) on a rotational shift pattern within a 24x7 operation (can include now and then night shifts)

As part of the Customer Service team you will support users by delivering clear accurate and friendly assistance across multiple channels. You will handle queries related to banking investing and account management while ensuring compliance with strict quality and regulatory standards.
What you’ll be doing
As a Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Specialist you will:
- Provide customer support via phone email and chat
- Assist users with account-related queries transactions and platform navigation
- Support customers with general questions related to financial products (stocks ETFs crypto etc.)
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication
- Follow compliance guidelines and internal procedures at all times
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Requirements
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Previous customer service experience desired
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
