International Dutch-Speaking Customer Support Lisbon Portugal (Hybrid)
Role Overview

Your Responsibilities
- Multichannel Support: Assist Dutch-speaking customers via phone email and live chat.
- Inquiry Management: Handle product-related questions manage orders and resolve general customer inquiries with a solution-oriented approach.
- Customer Satisfaction: Address complaints professionally and provide timely solutions to maintain high service standards.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and other departments to resolve complex or ongoing cases.
- Data Accuracy: Maintain and update internal systems and customer records with precision.
Requirements
- Languages: Native or near-native fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) and a good command of English.
- Legal Status: Candidates must hold an EU Passport or a valid Work Permit for Portugal.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills combined with a proactive team-player attitude.
- Mindset: Customer-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.

- Schedule: Monday to Friday 08:00 18:00 (Weekends off!).
- Work Model: On-site in Lisbon for the first 3 months then transitioning to a Hybrid setup.
