    We have arare opening for an Executive Administrative Assistant who will primarily support the Director of Pupil Services and the Director of Technology.

    What Will You Do

    You will helpstrengthen the culture effectiveness and impact of our organization.

    This is a high-level role requiring judgment initiative and the ability to keep complex systems moving forward. You will work closely with district leaders and departments supporting initiatives related totechnology and pupil services.Your work will help improve systems support staff and enhance how we serve the Indian Hill community.

    SALARY RANGE: $45000 - $65000 (Based on Experience)

    PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS*):
    1. Assists the CEO/Superintendent Assistant Superintendent Chief Communications Officer and Directors with essential work to prepare and deliver Board resources and documents that support the curriculum programs and staff relations of the district.
    2. Provides multifaceted administrative support services.
    3. Uses independent judgment and ingenuity to plan organize and carry out responsibilities.
    4. Handles multiple tasks simultaneously.
    5. Plans and implements strategies to accomplish tasks within adopted time frames.
    6. Provides district leadership and planning coordination for events throughout the year
    7. Keeps administrators aware of work progress and pending deadlines.
    8. Assists the Director of Pupil Services with processing homeschool notifications Special Education paperwork and other mandatory local state and federal compliance reporting.
    9. Assists Pupil Services and Technology departments with purchasing and contracts.
    10. Assists Pupil Services and Technology departments with scheduling events meetings and trainings.
    11. Supports security credentials and maintains access level controls for approved staff.
    12. Supports various technology platforms working with vendors as needed and being the liaison to problem-solve challenges staff face when using these tools.
    13. Becomes an expert on various platforms that are used in the areas of technology and pupil services and is able to train and support others.
    14. Helps resolve problems. Promotes a safe efficient and effective work/learning environment.
    15. Ensures that departmental filing systems support the efficient storage and retrieval of district records. Monitors the consistent backup data to safeguard electronic/digital information.
    16. Keeps informed about program/procedure changes. Routinely interacts with all departments and program services to ensure complete communications.
    17. Consults with building staff to ensure that shared resources/facilities are used effectively.
    18. Assists with special projects as directed.
    19. Assists with unexpected/urgent situations as needed.
    20. Coordinates in-service training as directed.
    21. Performs other specific job-related duties as directed.
    22. Maintains confidentiality of personnel and student records
    23. Provides excellent customer service to stakeholders who request assistance from the district office by phone in person or via electronic communication.

    3. Able to present information to individuals small groups and large groups in a clear and compelling manner.
    4. Able to work successfully with students other teachers support staff administrators parents and the community.
    5. Suited for situations that require the ability to plan ahead yet remain flexible enough to adapt to new situations or react to emergencies.
    6. Suited for situations that require the ability to interact well with other people but also the ability to work independently.
    7. Ability to have flexible hours for meetings/commitments that occur in the evening

    1. Use technology resources in accordance with District policies and administrative guidelines and the provisions of State and Federal law. Online conduct including postings to social media shall be in a manner sensitive to the employees professional responsibilities.
