Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day operations tasks to ensure smooth functioning of the business.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide support in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage inventory and order processing to ensure products are readily available.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating events meetings and projects.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency within the organization.

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in administrative or support role.
  • Experience in customer service is a plus.
