Revenue Cycle Specialist

Job Description:

The Revenue Cycle Specialist at Meyer Plastics Inc will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the financial workflow from order to cash. Responsibilities include overseeing accurate billing collections and revenue reporting to maintain a healthy cash flow and support the companys operational and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full revenue cycle including order processing invoicing billing and collections.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of invoices for customers.
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments.
• Reconcile billing discrepancies and address customer inquiries related to invoices or payments.
• Maintain precise financial records for internal and external audits.
• Collaborate with sales production and logistics teams to verify orders deliveries and billing accuracy.
• Analyze revenue data generate reports for management and identify trends issues and improvement opportunities.
• Establish and uphold policies and procedures for efficient revenue cycle management.
• Assist in forecasting revenue and preparing financial reports on a monthly quarterly and annual basis.
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies accounting standards and relevant regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in revenue cycle management accounts receivable or financial operations.
• Knowledge of manufacturing or industrial accounting processes is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks SAP Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation.
• Effective communication skills to interact with internal teams and customers.
• Ability to multitask prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
