Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized proactive and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support our Managing Director/Executive at Meyer Plastics Inc. The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks coordinate schedules handle communications and assist in daily operations to ensure efficiency within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize the executives calendar appointments and meetings.
- Screen and manage emails phone calls and correspondence on behalf of the executive.
- Prepare reports presentations and documents for meetings and company projects.
- Coordinate internal and external communications with clients suppliers and stakeholders.
- Assist in planning and organizing company events business trips and conferences.
- Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Support operational activities including inventory checks order tracking and communication as needed.
- Liaise with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely follow-up on projects.
- Conduct research and compile data to support executive decision-making.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) and digital tools for scheduling and document management.
- Ability to multitask prioritize and work under pressure.
- Discretion confidentiality and professionalism.
- Knowledge of the plastics industry or manufacturing processes is an advantage.
