IT Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Specialist to manage and support the companys technology infrastructure. This role will ensure all systems networks and software applications are secure reliable and optimized for the needs of our real estate operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install configure maintain and troubleshoot computer systems networks and hardware.
• Provide technical support to employees resolving IT-related issues efficiently.
• Manage and maintain software applications relevant to real estate operations such as CRM systems property management software and office productivity tools.
• Monitor network performance and ensure cybersecurity measures are in place to protect company data.
• Assist with cloud solutions data backup and disaster recovery planning.
• Ensure all IT equipment and software are compliant with company policies and licensing requirements.
• Train staff on new technologies tools and best practices.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers to maintain IT infrastructure and support contracts.
• Implement technology solutions to improve operational efficiency reporting and communication within the company.
• Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies relevant to the real estate industry.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Specialist IT Support Technician or similar role preferably in real estate or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems networks and security protocols.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite cloud solutions (e.g. Google Workspace Microsoft 365) and real estate software (e.g. MLS CRM systems).
• Experience with troubleshooting hardware software and network issues.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and data protection.
• Excellent problem-solving organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple IT tasks.
