Role and Responsibilities:
- Total 6 years experience in ServiceNow platform. Hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM module
- Minimum 4 years experience in gathering business requirements for ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules
- Detailed understanding of ServiceNow table structure Businessrulesand client scripts
- Hans-on knowledge on employee center portal and report extraction
- Detailed workflow knowledge on service request and catalog creations.
- Excellent Japanese and English communication skills and stakeholder management.

- ServiceNow CSA
