Key Responsibilities.
1) National & Regional key accounts Management & Business Development.
2) Drive new product listing (NPD) across the region.
3) Achieve monthly quarterly and annual revenue target.
4) Ensure availability of the planned portfolio in respective national & regional chains.
5) Prepare & present weekly/monthly business review.
6) Work closely with MT distributers/stockiest. And maintain minimum 15-20 days of stocks.
7) Order collection amendments and appointment as per weekly/daily plan of key accounts.
8) Manage and drive performance of in-store promoters ensuring achievement of daily
weekly and monthly sales targets while maintaining high execution standards.
9) Adhere to the PJP and beat plan to ensure timely order collection while effectively
coordinating with third-party teams including promoters and merchandisers for accurate
reporting and execution.
Job Requirements.
1) 2-8 Years’ experience in FMCG industry with focus on modern trade channels.
2) Strong understanding of modern retail landscape including store operation category
management and execution.
3) Proven track records in managing key account or similar roles: ability to develop strong
relationship with all regional buyers at all level.
