Sr. Fashion Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Fashion Designer with a specialization in digital prints and luxury embellishments to join our dynamic team in Gurugram Haryana. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading design initiatives and a keen eye for detail in fabric sourcing and styling.

• Lead the creation of original and innovative digital prints for various fashion collections.
• Develop and conceptualize luxury embellishments including resham embroidery intricate beadwork and mirror work.
• Oversee fabric sourcing ensuring alignment with design aesthetics quality standards and sustainability goals.
• Collaborate with the styling team to define and execute the overall look and feel of collections.
• Provide design direction and mentorship to junior designers and the wider creative team.
• Stay abreast of the latest fashion trends market demands and innovative techniques in print and embellishment.
• Work closely with production and manufacturing teams to ensure designs are translated accurately and efficiently.
• Contribute to the strategic development of seasonal collections and brand identity.

• Bachelors degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in fashion design with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital prints and luxury embellishments.
• Maximum of 15 years of experience.
• Proficiency in leading the creation of original digital prints.
• Demonstrated experience in developing luxury embellishments such as resham embroidery beadwork and mirror work.
• Expertise in fabric sourcing and fabric styling.
• Strong understanding of garment construction pattern making and textile properties.
• Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with relevant design software.
• Must have a proactive approach to identifying and implementing new design ideas and techniques.
