Our team is currently seeking a Project Coordinator to support our Project Managers in the delivery of multiple ongoing and upcoming projects. Reporting to a Project Manager you will play an active role in the coordination and execution of various projects of different types and scales across the GTA.

We offer a flexible hybrid work model enabling you to work from home and in our Mississauga office.


Qualifications :

Primary Responsibilities

  • Support the project team in developing and update project schedules including integration of dependencies and milestones based on input from stakeholders and the project team
  • Coordinate with the project team contractors client and other project stakeholders to support project delivery and facilitate communication
  • Assist in managing project documentation including document control and change management processes
  • Conduct regular site visits report on project status and keep the project team informed about project status and issues that may impact the client
  • Attend project meetings and prepare clear and concise  minutes of meetings
  • Support the progression of project phases including initiation planning execution monitoring and close-out
  • Monitor project progress against established scope schedule and work plans
  • Integrity team spirit and a commitment to excellence

Additional Information :

  • Bachelors degree in Architecture engineering or a related field
  • Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience supporting design and/or construction project management on buildings or infrastructure projects
  • Strong organizational analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and complex stakeholder environments
  • Strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • English fluency both oral and written
