Essential Responsibilities:
Supported project health safety and environmental compliance by implementing project safety procedures and maintaining OH&S standards
Managed RFIs submittals change orders permits and inspection scheduling to ensure timely project coordination
Maintained project documentation filing systems drawings and correspondence within the document management system
Assisted with project billing cost tracking and administrative coordination for project start-up and closeout
Coordinated change order pricing subcontractor documentation and purchase orders for Project Manager review
Tracked project milestones schedules and quality control requirements to support successful project delivery
Prepared project closeout documentation including warranties O&M manuals turnover packages and archived records
Qualifications:
1-5 years of related work experience or combination of relevant education and experience
Completed post-secondary education in Construction Engineering or related discipline an asset
Working knowledge of construction documents drawings specifications and current construction practices and methodology
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to address stakeholder needs
Strong computer skills with an aptitude for learning new programs; familiar with scheduling software
Work Conditions:
Site based position
Successful completion of a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
