We are now expanding our presence in Lithuania and are looking for a Sales Development Representative to help us build a strong pipeline of new business opportunities. Main goal is to generate new business opportunities in the Lithuanian market through outbound prospecting and lead qualification
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys outreach conversations with new clients and building opportunities from the ground up.
Tasks
- Identify and research potential B2B customers in Lithuania
- Reach out to prospects via cold calls emails and LinkedIn
- Qualify leads and understand their business needs
- Conduct sales demos price negotiations and close deals yourself
- Maintain accurate pipeline data in CRM
- Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and lead generation
- Share market insights and customer feedback with the team
Requirements
- Experience in outbound sales or lead generation (2-3 years)
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with new people
- Lithuanian and English professional proficiency
- Interest in B2B sales and technology solutions
- Persistence and a proactive mindset
- Ability to manage your time and work independently
