About the Role

We are looking for a talented Conversational AI PlatformEngineer to join an innovative Data & AI team working oncutting-edge Conversational AI solutions in a cloud-nativeenvironment.

You will contribute to the development and support of a ConversationalAI Platform (CAP) enabling scalable AI-driven customer interactionsthrough advanced technologies such as RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)APIs and data pipelines.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a global agileand highly collaborative environment shaping the future of AI-powereddigital services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop support and enhance Conversational AI use cases on the CAP platform
  • Collaborate with Tech Leads Product Owners and Business Analysts in an Agile setup
  • Design and manage APIs data pipelines (Airflow) and data preparation (Elasticsearch)
  • Support onboarding of new AI use cases across multiple countries
  • Create playbooks and frameworks to scale deployments
  • Monitor troubleshoot and improve existing bots and AI applications
  • Ensure platform stability performance and security compliance
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in AI solutions

Technical Skills

  • Strong programming skills in Python and JavaScript
  • Experience with Data Pipelines (Airflow)
  • Knowledge of API Management (e.g. Apigee)
  • Experience with Elasticsearch (data preparation & vector databases)
  • Solid understanding of RAG AI pipelines and event-driven architectures
  • Experience with Cloud & Containerization (Docker Kubernetes Helm)
  • Familiarity with DevOps/CI/CD tools (Jenkins GitLab CI/CD ArgoCD)
  • Good knowledge of cybersecurity best practices

Nice to Have:

  • Shell scripting and automation
  • Microservices architecture experience

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with DevOps MLOps AIOps Data QA and Security teams
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups sprint planning retrospectives)
  • Support integration of new AI tools and technologies
  • Use feedback loops to improve data lifecycle and AI performance

  • Strong experience with Web Services & API design (contract-first)
  • Hands-on experience with AI/Data pipelines and orchestration tools
  • Experience working in Agile environments
  • Understanding of security and application monitoring
