Job Summary
Whats the role
Were seeking a Digital Optimisation Manager to join the Data Digital & AI Mortgages team. This role will be responsible for driving optimisation and performance uplift across our websites banking applications and digital communication channels.
Key Responsibilities include
- Collaborate with Mortgage Service Owners to formulate and drive digital sales or service strategies and plans translating strategy into tactics that will drive measurable business and customer results
- Support and drive customer journey understanding for digital including quantitative research and translating insights into solid business opportunities
- Leverage analytics tools such as Adobe Tableau and SEO tools to measure and optimise funnels. Work with key squad members and partners to optimise each stage of the funnel.
- Collaborate and contribute to squad prioritisation assess scope opportunities and production pipeline
- End to end management of digital initiatives in collaboration with compliance/risk UX copywriters and product and production to ensure delivery excellence and adherence to risk framework.
What do I need
- Strong business and commercial acumen analytical and data driven
- Proficient in Adobe Analytics ability to tell a story with data and insights why how trends and call out opportunities
- Good influencing and presentation skills
- Good understanding and experience in digital conversion rate optimisation and funnel analysis
- Understanding of personalisation and A/B testing
- Good understanding of Agile ways of working preferred and experience using Jira
