Functional Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to existing customers for cross-selling personal
loan products.
Explain product features eligibility and benefits to customers.
Handle customer queries effectively and maintain a positive
relationship.
Achieving monthly sales and productivity targets
Maintain and update customer details and sales records in the system.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth disbursement and post-
sales follow-up.
