Job Summary

Job Title: Regional Sales Manager – Prime Mortgages

Location: Coimbatore
Industry: Leading NBFC
CTC : 25-30 LPA

Role Summary:
Lead and drive the Prime Mortgages business across the entire Coimbatore region ensuring achievement of regional sales targets and expansion of distribution channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive regional sales for Prime Mortgages and achieve business targets
Handle and manage the entire Coimbatore region
Lead mentor and manage the sales team for higher productivity
Develop and expand sourcing channels (DSAs connectors brokers)
Build relationships with key clients builders and intermediaries
Monitor pipeline disbursals and portfolio quality
Ensure adherence to credit policies and regulatory guidelines
Track market trends and competitor activities

Key Requirements:

Graduate/Postgraduate with 10 years of experience in mortgage/LAP sales
Strong experience in Prime Mortgages segment
Proven team handling and regional management experience
Strong network and market knowledge in Coimbatore region
Target-driven with strong leadership and communication skills
