About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) – B2B to drive client acquisition and revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales lead generation client relationship management and end-to-end sales coordination. This role requires a proactive individual who can identify business opportunities connect with potential clients and contribute to achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities through market research cold calling networking and outreach.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
Connect with decision-makers and schedule meetings presentations and product/service discussions.
Understand client requirements and present suitable business solutions.
Manage the sales process from lead generation to follow-up and closure support.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely proposal sharing and smooth onboarding of clients.
Prepare and deliver sales pitches presentations and business proposals.
Follow up regularly with leads and clients to maximize conversion opportunities.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Maintain accurate records of leads meetings follow-ups and sales activities in CRM or internal trackers.
Stay updated on market trends competitors and customer needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in Business Development / B2B Sales / Corporate Sales.
Strong experience in lead generation cold calling client meetings and follow-ups.
Good understanding of B2B sales cycle and client acquisition process.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build relationships with business clients and decision-makers.
Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools MS Excel and sales reporting.
Self-motivated confident and proactive approach towards business development.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in B2B sales inside sales field sales or client acquisition.
Ability to handle corporate clients and understand business requirements.
Strong presentation and coordination skills.
Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period preferred.
