About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) – B2B to drive client acquisition and revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales lead generation client relationship management and end-to-end sales coordination. This role requires a proactive individual who can identify business opportunities connect with potential clients and contribute to achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities through market research cold calling networking and outreach.

  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.

  • Connect with decision-makers and schedule meetings presentations and product/service discussions.

  • Understand client requirements and present suitable business solutions.

  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to follow-up and closure support.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely proposal sharing and smooth onboarding of clients.

  • Prepare and deliver sales pitches presentations and business proposals.

  • Follow up regularly with leads and clients to maximize conversion opportunities.

  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

  • Maintain accurate records of leads meetings follow-ups and sales activities in CRM or internal trackers.

  • Stay updated on market trends competitors and customer needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in Business Development / B2B Sales / Corporate Sales.

  • Strong experience in lead generation cold calling client meetings and follow-ups.

  • Good understanding of B2B sales cycle and client acquisition process.

  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to build relationships with business clients and decision-makers.

  • Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up and convincing skills.

  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools MS Excel and sales reporting.

  • Self-motivated confident and proactive approach towards business development.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Experience in B2B sales inside sales field sales or client acquisition.

  • Ability to handle corporate clients and understand business requirements.

  • Strong presentation and coordination skills.

  • Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period preferred.
