Job Overview
Our client is looking for a dynamic Executive Sales & Marketing who will also handle Reservations and Banqueting operations. The role involves driving sales initiatives managing client relationships and coordinating reservations and event bookings to ensure a seamless guest experience. The ideal candidate should be energetic customer-focused and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle reservations and banqueting operations
- Conduct sales visits including visits to Colombo
- Support the sales and marketing team in achieving targets
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure excellent service delivery
Qualifications
- Prior experience in the hotel industry will be an added advantage
- Willingness to work long hours including weekends and holidays
- Preference will be given to candidates based in Kandy
- Accommodation will be provided on a sharing basis if required
- Proficiency in English is essential
- Strong sales skills
- A pleasant and professional personality
- Preferred age range: 2035 years
