Job Summary
- Oversee day-to-day facility operations (building utilities housekeeping security)
- Manage maintenance repairs and preventive maintenance schedules
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers (cleaning security HVAC etc.)
- Ensure compliance with safety health and regulatory standards
- Handle space planning office layout and workplace improvements
- Monitor facility budgets expenses and cost optimization
- Manage inventory of office supplies and equipment
- Respond to facility-related issues and resolve them quickly
- Support emergency preparedness and safety procedures
- Ensure proper functioning of utilities (electricity water AC etc.)
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Facilities Management Engineering or related field
- Minimum 6 years of experience in facilities management or operations
- Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance processes
- Good vendor management and negotiation skills
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
