Job Summary

  • Oversee day-to-day facility operations (building utilities housekeeping security)
  • Manage maintenance repairs and preventive maintenance schedules
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers (cleaning security HVAC etc.)
  • Ensure compliance with safety health and regulatory standards
  • Handle space planning office layout and workplace improvements
  • Monitor facility budgets expenses and cost optimization
  • Manage inventory of office supplies and equipment
  • Respond to facility-related issues and resolve them quickly
  • Support emergency preparedness and safety procedures
  • Ensure proper functioning of utilities (electricity water AC etc.)

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Facilities Management Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in facilities management or operations
  • Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance processes
  • Good vendor management and negotiation skills
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
