The Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled Business Development Representative with experience selling HRTech or Employee Benefits to USA prospects to join our high-growth team. We partner with some of the most innovative B2B tech companies globally helping them scale through strategic outreach and qualified lead generation.

What Youll Bring

We arent looking for scripts; were looking for specialists who know how to build genuine interest in complex products.

  • Experience: 2 years of dedicated experience in cold calling and outbound sales.
  • Industry Knowledge: A solid background in the B2B Tech or SaaS sectors. HRTech or experience with USA Employee Benefits preferred.
  • The Tech Stack: Proficiency with tools like Apollo Lusha Cognism or ZoomInfo and experience using HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Communication: Professional-level English with the ability to navigate complex objections and build rapport quickly over the phone and LinkedIn.
  • Execution: A proven track record of managing your own lead generation and multi-channel outreach.
