Job Overview
As an Sales Coordinator - AI / IOT you will primarily focus on client coordination and relationship support ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams. This role emphasizes managing day-to-day client interactions tracking project progress and ensuring alignment between client expectations and delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary coordination point between clients and internal teams (technical project and delivery teams)
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with assigned client accounts
- Ensure clear communication of client requirements to internal stakeholders
- Track project timelines milestones and deliverables to ensure smooth execution
- Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Provide regular updates and status reports to clients
- Address client queries and coordinate issue resolution with relevant teams
- Monitor account activity and ensure client satisfaction is maintained
- Support overall account operations and coordination activities
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business IT or a related field
- 24 years of experience in client coordination account support or project coordination roles (tech background preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
- Basic understanding of software/technology projects is an advantage
- Detail-oriented with strong coordination skills
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams
