Job Overview
As an Sales Coordinator - AI / IOT you will primarily focus on client coordination and relationship support ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams. This role emphasizes managing day-to-day client interactions tracking project progress and ensuring alignment between client expectations and delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary coordination point between clients and internal teams (technical project and delivery teams)
Maintain and strengthen relationships with assigned client accounts
Ensure clear communication of client requirements to internal stakeholders
Track project timelines milestones and deliverables to ensure smooth execution
Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks
Provide regular updates and status reports to clients
Address client queries and coordinate issue resolution with relevant teams
Monitor account activity and ensure client satisfaction is maintained
Support overall account operations and coordination activities
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business IT or a related field
24 years of experience in client coordination account support or project coordination roles (tech background preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
Basic understanding of software/technology projects is an advantage
Detail-oriented with strong coordination skills
Comfortable working with cross-functional teams
