Key Responsibilities
- Support coordination and follow-up of training and certification programs (e.g. domain and upskilling initiatives)
- Assist in monitoring competency framework activities including tracking program status coordinating assessments and supporting results analysis
- Help coordinate individual training plans and maintain related documentation and trackers
- Support KPI monitoring by assisting in data collection tracking and follow-ups with relevant teams
- Assist in consolidating and maintaining KPI-related data for reporting purposes
- Coordinate logistics and readiness for university engagement programs such as career fairs and sessions
- Support preparation of management reports by collecting and organizing data from cross-functional teams
- Assist in maintaining dashboards trackers and status updates for ongoing programs
- Provide coordination support for cross-functional initiatives such as technology lifecycle activities
- Perform general administrative and project coordination tasks as required
Person Specifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration Management IT or a related field
- Strong interest in project management and/or business analysis
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with data and maintain accuracy in reporting
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive attitude with willingness to learn and take initiative
