Job Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service through chat and email communication channels
- Respond to customer inquiries issues and requests in a timely manner
- Assist customers with product information account inquiries and troubleshooting
- Follow communication scripts and maintain a positive and professional attitude
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while interacting with customers
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent written communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing high-quality service
- Proficiency in using chat and email communication tools
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
Desired Experience:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Experience handling customer inquiries through chat or email support
- Familiarity with finance or insurance industry preferred
