- Assist customers in resolving inquiries issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Understand and adhere to company policies procedures and compliance regulations when with customers.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the companys system for record-keeping and follow-up purposes.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and cohesive customer experience across all communication channels.
- Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent written communication skills with a focus on clarity professionalism and empathy.
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.
- Basic knowledge of financial products and services.
- Ability to multitask prioritize workload and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or online chat support role.
