As an Online Chat Representative at FDR Financial Group you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients through online chat communication. Your primary goal will be to assist clients with their financial inquiries provide information about products and services and address any concerns they may have.

Job Responsibilities:

Engage with clients through online chat to provide assistance and support.
Resolve client issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate channels.
Educate clients on various financial options and help them make informed decisions.
Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions.

Essential Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask and effectively manage time in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using online chat platforms and other digital communication tools.
Basic knowledge of financial products and services.

Desired Experience:
