Job Description: Remote Technical Support at Measutronics
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support to customers remotely.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to Measutronics products and services.
- Deliver high-quality customer service through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Document technical support interactions and solutions for reference.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
Essential Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in technical support or a similar role.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting technical problems and providing solutions.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to processes and guidelines.
Desired Experience:
- Experience working in a remote technical support role.
- Knowledge of Measutronics products and services.
- Experience with CRM systems and ticketing tools.
