Job Description: Live Chat Support Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide live chat support to customers regarding financial products and services offered by FDR Financial Group
  • Assist customers in navigating the companys website and online platforms
  • Resolve customer inquiries issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Work closely with other teams to escalate complex customer issues when necessary

Essential Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using live chat software and other relevant tools
  • Basic understanding of financial products and services

Desired Experience:

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or live chat support role
