Job Description: Live Chat Support Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide live chat support to customers regarding financial products and services offered by FDR Financial Group
- Assist customers in navigating the companys website and online platforms
- Resolve customer inquiries issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Work closely with other teams to escalate complex customer issues when necessary
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using live chat software and other relevant tools
- Basic understanding of financial products and services
Desired Experience:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or live chat support role
