Job Summary
What is the job
As the Kitchen Operations Assistant youll play a key role in delivering a seamless high-quality food experience for employees at our Theatre Support Office. Youll combine hands-on kitchen work with excellent customer service ensuring every meal is prepared with care and every interaction reflects our commitment to hospitality.
From daily food prep and menu updates to inventory rotation and point-of-sale support youll help keep our kitchen running smoothly and efficiently. Working closely with the Hospitality Manager and Commercial partners youll bring consistency professionalism and a welcoming presence to a fast-paced service-driven environment.
What will you be doing
- You will deliver excellent service by using sound judgment sharing feedback on offerings and collaborating with your team and vendors to quickly resolve any issues.
- You will support daily meal service by prepping ingredients testing new offerings maintaining accurate menus and processing payments with efficiency and care.
- You will ensure a clean safe kitchen environment by sanitizing equipment rotating inventory and upholding all health code standards.
- You will manage deliveries by receiving and storing products properly while maintaining accurate records and documentation.
About you
- You will have some experience working in a kitchen. Preferably experience working with several different types of equipment like conveyer ovens fryer high batch oven etc.
- You have great organizational and time management skills to ensure that all food safety procedures are being followed.
- You thrive in both collaborative and independent work environments while consistently delivering excellent customer service to all employees at the Theatre Support Office.
