Job Description

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join Extract Wellness a company specializing in hemp-based CBD products designed to support overall wellness. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Write and distribute emails memos letters and forms
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Maintain a filing system
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Provide general support to visitors

Essential Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint in particular)
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant

Desired Experience:

The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
