Job Description: Calendar Management Virtual Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain executive calendars scheduling appointments meetings and events
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations
  • Organize and prioritize incoming emails phone calls and other correspondence
  • Prepare reports presentations and documents as needed
  • Assist in managing projects and tracking deadlines
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Provide administrative support as required

Essential Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in calendar management software
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proven experience in a similar role

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in calendar management or administrative support
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of basic office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
