Café Barista

Were looking for a highly independent energetic and experienced barista ready to take the next step in their career and make a meaningful impact in a customer-focused environment.

Experience & Qualifications Needed:

• Must be comfortable managing café independently and without direct supervision.
• 1 year of barista or café experience required.
• Management/ supervisory experience preferred but not required.
• Must be able to commute to all cafes in Littleton Highlands Ranch and Parker.

Essential Duties and Major Responsibilities:

• Continuously identify and implement ways to elevate the guest experience during café operations.
• Manage cash handling andoperatepoint-of-sale systems accurately.
• Follow proper food safety procedures and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Receive and inspect product deliveries verifying quality and inventory accuracy.
• Maintainhigh standardsfor food beverage and overall service quality.
