- Managing and organizing schedules appointments and meetings for the team
- Handling emails phone calls and inquiries in a professional manner
- Preparing and editing documents reports and presentations
- Assisting with data entry record-keeping and database management
- Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations as needed
- Supporting with general administrative tasks and projects as assigned
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of administrative experience
- Experience working in a virtual or remote setting
- Experience in the plastics or manufacturing industry is a plus
