Job Summary

Sales Executive - Contract

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in Pune MH on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and a drive to exceed targets. This role offers a professional and formal work environment where your contributions will be valued.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales role.
  • Maximum of 12 years of experience in a sales role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in sales techniques and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong understanding of the Indian market specifically Maharashtra.
