Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic AVP – Sales to lead and drive sales performance within the organization. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the stock broking industry proven experience in team handling and the ability to deliver business growth through strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Lead manage and mentor the sales team to achieve business targets
Drive client acquisition and revenue growth in the stock broking segment
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and training
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines
Collaborate with internal teams for seamless client onboarding and servicing
Eligibility Criteria
Experience: Relevant experience in sales within stock broking companies
Team Handling: Mandatory experience managing sales teams
Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products
Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills
Compensation
CTC: 13 – 16 LPA (Based on experience and performance)

Final Round: Virtual (Zoom)
