Position: Sales Manager – Chillers Location: Ahmedabad Experience: Minimum 7–12 years of proven experience in B2B sales of chillers capital equipment or industrial products Qualification : BE / ME / PG Diploma in Mechanical Salary: 7.8 LPA
Key Responsibilities * Drive sales of industrial chillers and cooling solutions across assigned territories * Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities in industries such as manufacturing pharmaceuticals HVAC and process industries * Manage end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation client meetings proposal submission negotiation and order closure * Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs consultants contractors and key decision-makers * Lead mentor and monitor the performance of the sales team to achieve revenue targets * Collaborate with internal teams (engineering production service) for customized solution offerings * Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals to clients * Track market trends competitor activities and identify growth opportunities * Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy customer relationships * Provide regular sales forecasts reports and updates to management Key Skills Required * Strong experience in Chiller Sales / Capital Equipment / Industrial Products * Knowledge of pumps compressors heat exchangers cooling towers or refrigeration systems * Proven track record in B2B / Direct / Field Sales
