Job Summary

Target Achievement: Aggressively drive LAP sales volume ensuring monthly/quarterly targets for disbursals are achieved.
Channel Management: Develop and manage a network of DSAs connector relationships and Chartered Accountants (CAs) to generate leads.
Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales executives to implement growth strategies providing training and monitoring their performance.
Customer Retention: Build enhance and maintain strong relationships with customers to maximize repeat business and secure referrals.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies.
Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with Audit/RBI regulations policies and internal processes

Requirements

Experience: Generally 4 8 years of experience in Loan Against Property (LAP)
Education: Graduate or Post Graduate in any discipline.
