The Opportunity

We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Project Coordinator to join our construction team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping projects organized and supporting a team. As a Project Coordinator you will work closely with Project Managers and field teams to help keep our construction projects moving forward smoothly.

What youll do

Responsibilities

  • Supporting Project Managers with project coordination and administrative tasks
  • Preparing and maintaining project documentation such as contracts RFIs submittals change orders and meeting minutes
  • Tracking schedules project milestones and key deliverables
  • Coordinating communication between internal teams subcontractors suppliers and consultants
  • Assisting with procurement activities including purchase orders and material tracking
  • Supporting cost tracking and basic budget monitoring
  • Ensuring project information remains accurate organized and up to date

What youll need

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in construction management engineering or a related field or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project coordination or a similar role
  • Strong oral and written skills in English

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • Proficiency in French both oral and written is an asset.
