Job Summary
We are looking for a Technical Sales Representative who will be responsible for providing highquality technical and commercial support for Fluid Automation Products & Solutions with focus on Spanishspeaking customers.
Based in ClujNapoca this role ensures a positive customer experience by delivering fast accurate and compliant technical and sales support while applying company policies.
In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Handle technical enquiries and Requests for Quotation (RFQs) for the full product portfolio
Prepare and issue technical and commercial quotations (price lead time availability) within Delegation of Authority
Track and follow up on offers on behalf of the sales force
Perform technical product equivalencies and crossreferences with competitor products proposing Emerson alternatives
Provide technical support for application issues and installed products ensuring customer satisfaction
Identify customer needs generate leads and support sales opportunities
Ensure feasibility checks (lead times documentation compliance ITC pricing policies)
Collaborate closely with Sales Customer Service Product Managers and Data Quality teams to ensure accuracy and consistency
Maintain strong product and portfolio knowledge including new products updates and changes
Provide feedback on customer issues detect anomalies and contribute to continuous improvement
Support and train Customer Service colleagues on product and application knowledge when needed
Ensure full compliance with Quality Environmental and ITC requirements

For This Role You Will Need:
Relevant technical knowledge or handson experience
13 years of experience in customer support technical sales or a similar role
Practical understanding of pneumatic cylinders and valves
Proficiency in Spanish (C1) and English
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Ability to work under time pressure and manage multiple priorities
Teamoriented mindset with commercial awareness
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
Experience in a technical sales or engineering environment
Basic knowledge of automation process control or industrial applications
Experience with SAP Salesforce MS Office Outlook
Knowledge of international trade (Incoterms payment terms)
